We take complaints very serious and try to ensure that all of our patients are pleased with their experience of our service.

We learn from any mistake, treat it as valuable feedback and we respond to client’s concern. We investigate complaints in a full and fair way and take great care to protect your confidentiality. We will never discriminate against any clients who made a complaint.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of the care we provide, please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to address your concern promptly.
